Overview
The Founder's Day Retreat is an atmosphere designed for successful founders of Domestic violence Non-Profit Organisations to be rewarded for all of their hard work during the year. This is also a time to bring our sometimes overworked bodies, minds, and souls back into balance. The annual Founder's Day Retreat theme is "Sister's in Service". This is the time for those who are serving and working hard to provoke change in our communities, businesses and in government to bond together and celebrate in unity.
When you arrive you can expect to relax in an atmosphere saturated with:
• Worship
• Prayer
• Rest
• Fellowship
• Spiritual Insight

Thank you for your service!
Our communities are better because of the work that you do. The lives of countless victims have been saved and forever changed because of your courage to stand in courtrooms, spending long nights tirelessly planning events, and even making yourselves available within a moments notice to help a victim in need of shelter. You have all made sacrifices to stand on the front lines and go to battle for those who did not have the means to do it for themselves.
Most people will never know the work you have done behind the scenes without payment or reward. Our reward comes by knowing another life has been saved. And even though we don't do what we do for reward or recognition, this retreat is to simply say THANK YOU!
